What exactly does Captcher make?
An interactive walkthrough of a task in a web app. It's built from real captured screens, so it looks exactly like your software. Learners can watch it (Show me) or do it themselves (You try).
Do learners touch our live application?
No. The walkthrough runs on frozen copies of the pages you captured. Learners can click, select and type, but nothing reaches your real system and no real data changes.
What do I need to record?
Google Chrome and the Captcher recorder extension. Sign in, start recording, do the task once, and upload. Captcher can record most web-based applications.
Does it work with our LMS?
Captcher exports SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, which most learning management systems accept. You can also export a standalone HTML file that plays fully offline.
What happens when our software changes?
Edit the affected steps in the visual editor, ask the AI to revise them, or record the task again. It takes minutes, not a production cycle. Version history keeps every earlier edition.
Can the player match our brand?
Yes. Brand profiles set the player's colors, fonts and logo for hosted links, embeds and exports. The captured screens always stay exactly as your app looks.
