Captcher exports every walkthrough as a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package. Upload the zip as a course and your LMS tracks completion, time and where each learner left off.

Both downloads hold the same short HR walkthrough, Request and cancel time off, made in a sample app with made-up data. The player, screens and fonts are inside, so nothing loads from the internet.

Platforms
Which format to use, LMS by LMS.
SCORM 1.2 is the safe choice everywhere on this list. Use SCORM 2004 only where the platform accepts the 4th Edition, which is what Captcher exports.

SCORM 1.2SCORM 20042004 needs the current course player (it offers eLearning standard under Create → Course). In a path, don’t turn on the step’s Minimum score, or learners are marked To retake.

Absorb LMS
SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Single-SCO packages only, which Captcher’s are. Absorb doesn’t name the 2004 editions it accepts, so start with 1.2. Leave Lesson Contains Assessment off.

Blackboard Learn
SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Needs the SCORM Engine building block on your instance. When you set up grading, choose Completion, not Score or Satisfaction.

SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Needs the SCORM tool enabled for your account. A graded import expects a score, so import as an ungraded assignment or a page and track completion with a module requirement.

Cornerstone
SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Cornerstone recommends 2004 3rd Edition content, and Captcher exports 4th Edition, so use 1.2. Leave the course’s Max Score blank.

SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Docebo accepts 2004 3rd Edition only, so use 1.2. It marks the material complete when the learner closes it after finishing, so ask learners to close it from the completion screen.

SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Keep the default completion setting, Complete module when LMSFinish is received, and leave the mastery score empty. 1.2 also keeps the Exams and Interactions report available.

Litmos
SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Litmos documents 2004 1st and 2nd Edition only, so use 1.2. There are no completion settings to change: it records whatever the package reports.

SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Add a SCORM package activity. Set Grading method to Learning objects, and completion to Require status: Completed, not a minimum score. Leave Force new attempt off so learners can resume.

SCORM 1.2SCORM 20042004 imports also ask for a Content Package ID, so 1.2 is simpler. Leave Mastery Score empty and keep Add to History on Completion of All Content on.

Workday Learning
SCORM 1.2SCORM 2004Needs packaged content enabled for your tenant. Make the lesson mandatory so it counts toward course completion, and leave Provide Course Grade unticked.

Based on each vendor’s own documentation, reviewed September 2026. Support depends on your version and configuration, so check the result in your own LMS before assigning it to learners. Tracking
What your LMS receives.
- Completion. Incomplete from the first launch. Completed when the learner finishes the last step in You try. Watching in Show me alone doesn’t complete it.
- Time. How long each session lasted.
- Resume. The step and mode, saved after every step, so a learner who closes the window picks up where they stopped.
Packages don’t report a score or a passed/failed result. Set the course to complete on status, not on score, or add a quiz in your LMS if you need a graded assessment.
Check it in your own LMS
- Pick the format. Use the list above, or ask your LMS administrator.
- Upload the zip. Keep it zipped, and launch it from a learner account.
- Check resume. Do a few steps, close the player and launch it again.
- Check completion. Finish in You try, close the player and look at the learner’s record.
